The Problem

Silence or breach
After two full days of silence — or a reported breach — your watchman is pinged. A real human, chosen by you, knows you've gone quiet, or that you fell.
Watchman responds
They reach out — a call, a text, a verse, a meet-up. The loop closes with a watchman, not a banner.
